A Certificate of Completion means the participant earned a Unit Score of less than 80%. A Certificate of Mastery means that you earned a Unit Score of 80% or higher.

The LETRS for Administrators posttest consists of 40 questions, presented in a randomized order. The posttest is untimed but typically takes about 40 minutes to complete.

Unit assessments (10 questions) are given at the end of each LETRS unit. Volumes 1 and 2 each have four unit assessments. The unit assessment is not timed, and you can reference your notes or manual.
How do you pass LETRS training? ›
Attend both days of Unit training, with one full day dedicated to each Unit pair (Units 1–2 and 3–4). These can be virtual or in person, spread across several months. Pass the end-of-course exam following Unit 4 with a score of 90% or better. If you score an 80–89%, a one-time exam retake may be requested.
Does LETRS count towards a master's degree? ›
These graduate credit hours can be applied toward a masters degree at an accredited university. LETRS provides educators with the background, depth of knowledge, and tools to teach language and literacy skills to students in grades K–3 or older students who struggle with reading.
